Over the last three years, HOLY has scaled to over €70m in annual revenue through its core D2C business and has maintained profitability for the past 24 months. Having successfully scaled our online business, we expanded into retail last year. Now, with international expansion plans on the horizon, we are looking to grow our finance team by hiring a Finance Analyst.

At HOLY, the Finance team goes beyond traditional finance functions by serving as both a strategic enabler and a sparring partner for the entire organization. As a Finance Analyst, you will actively contribute to cross-functional projects, collaborating with Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, and our Retail team. Your role will involve providing analytical support and delivering data-driven insights that drive decision-making and enhance business outcomes as well as more traditional finance topics such as investor reporting.

This role offers a unique opportunity to help build and shape the finance function within a high-growth startup, while gaining extensive exposure to various business units.

Your responsibilities will include:

• You will play an integral role in the evolution of a dynamic finance team within one of Europe’s fastest-growing, profitable D2C Start Up as it transitions into a global omnichannel Brand.
• You will support the CFO & FP&A team in driving the finance agenda forward.
• You will take ownership of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis, as well as forecasting to support strategic financial planning.
• You will drive and support key company initiatives including, financial planning for all revenue streams, cash management, treasury, reporting, accounting, investor reporting, legal projects, etc.
• You will empower cross-functional teams by conducting analyses and delivering actionable business insights.
• You will contribute to the roll-out of HOLY’s data infrastructure project, designed to elevate data transparency and enable smarter decision-making.

• Strong analytical skills: Ideally, you excel in building robust Excel models and can distill actionable insights from large datasets.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and possess a hands-on mentality with a structured approach to your work.
• Strong understanding of financial modelling.
• True team player: You thrive in cross-functional projects, demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to take full ownership of projects: You are able to work independently and make steady progress on your own.
• Strong Excel and G-Sheet skills (SQL is a plus).
• Above average Abitur/High-School diploma and university grades.
• Experience in investment banking or in consulting is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English is a must, German is a strong plus.

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

1. Getting to know you: You will have a 30-minute screening interview with Luca our Talent Partner, where you will talk about HOLY, the position, your experience and see if our expectations match.
2. Interview with Frank, our Sr. FP & A Manager.
3. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study.
4. Advanced discussion: In this on-site meeting, the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office.
5. Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will have a final meeting with Fredi, one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
6. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
