Get ready for an exciting role as part of our founding team in the Netherlands! Working alongside our Netherlands Market Lead and Partnerships Manager, you'll be our Swiss Army knife for all things community and marketing. Your mission? To establish and grow HOLY's presence in the Dutch market from the ground up.

You'll take charge of:

• Building and managing our Dutch community channels across key platforms
• Growing the HOLY Squad through engaging community initiatives and stellar customer service
• Collaborating with creators to bring fresh, local content to our social campaigns
• Adapting our global content with that special Dutch touch
• Working closely with our central marketing team to launch successful campaigns

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

1. Getting to know you: You will have a 30-minute screening interview with Luca, our Talent Partner discussing HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
2. Hiring Manager Interview with Phil: Diving deeper into some more technical topics and your experience with Phil, our CMO & Co-Founder.
3. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews, you will receive a case study.
4. In-person discussion: In this on-site meeting, Phil and the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office, the HOLY Temple. In addition, you’ll meet parts of the HOLY leadership team and learn more about HOLY’s culture, vision, and team.
5. Job offer and decision: Once the process is completed, we will take the time to present you with a competitive offer, including a share package, and answer any questions you have regarding the employment, before you joining our journey.
