After profitably scaling our online business to over €100M in less than three years, we've successfully ventured into retail this year, launching in over 2,500 food retail stores in just six months! Now, we're dedicated to growing this offline channel, transforming HOLY into a true international omnichannel brand.

To support our exciting growth in retail, we're seeking a Working Student to join our Retail team. In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our success in retail, responsible for:

• Retail Orders: Managing the end-to-end supermarket order process, from placement to delivery. You'll coordinate with our 3PL providers and handle crucial backend tasks such as partner onboarding, product updates, and price data maintenance.
• Retail Customer Service: Establishing and managing our initial Retail Customer Service process, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for all our retail partners.
• Collaboration: Collaborating closely with the operations and retail departments at HOLY.
• Optimization: Assisting our logistics team and providing regular updates to our retail team regarding delivery performance and areas of improvement to optimize retail operations to ensure HOLY's successful expansion in 2025.

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal part in HOLY's offline channel growth, contributing directly to our transformation into an omnichannel brand. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and excited about the world of retail, we want to hear from you!

As we are experiencing rapid growth and have ambitious plans, the optimal start date for the position is today. Nonetheless, we are prepared to patiently await the arrival of the ideal candidate, recognizing that quality ultimately yields the best results.

1. Getting to know you: We will have a 30-minute screening interview with Luca where we will talk to you more about HOLY and the position and see if our expectations match.
2. Case study: As soon as you have successfully completed the first interview, you will receive the first part of the case study.
3. Advanced discussion: In the second meeting, Jonas will discuss the first part of the case study with you and on-site you will solve the second part of it. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions in person at our office.
4. Founder interview: As a strong cultural fit is important to us, you will also meet one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
5. Job offer and decision: If everything goes well, you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
