As a Sales Analyst at HOLY, your mission is to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize sales performance through comprehensive analysis, forecasting, and category management.
You will play a key role in ensuring accurate demand planning, actionable field force insights, and strategic reporting to enhance our retail execution and overall market success.
Responsibilities: - You will be responsible for Field Force Analysis & Performance Optimization Track and evaluate field force activities, providing data-driven insights to enhance retail execution, optimize in-store visibility, and improve sales efficiency.
- You will lead our Category Management & Market Insights Analyze category performance, shopper behavior, and competitor activity to develop strategic recommendations that drive category growth and strengthen HOLY’s retail positioning.
- You own our Demand Planning & Forecasting Develop accurate sales forecasts and demand plans by analyzing historical data, market trends, and promotional impact to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize out-of-stocks.
- You create Sales Reporting & Data Visualization Create clear, actionable reports and dashboards to communicate key sales trends, performance metrics, and opportunities to internal stakeholders for informed decision-making.
