As our Sr. E-Commerce Manager, you’ll take an active role in shaping our online shop and help turn HOLY from a powder-based online soft drink brand into a leading European omnichannel drinks brand. You’ll lead campaign implementation in the shop, refine the user experience, and scale our Shopify platform to support rapid growth across markets.
This role offers exceptional growth potential: you’ll help scale a 9-figure online shop while sharpening your skills across UX, operations, and digital strategy—playing a key role in shaping the future of HOLY.
Responsibilities: - Campaign Management – Lead web shop product campaigns in close alignment with brand and marketing. Write clear briefs, ensure smooth execution, and streamline processes for scale.
- Website Management – Maintain a high-quality web shop that reflects our brand and marketing standards. Ensure up-to-date content, clear product listings, and a seamless user experience. Champion UX by identifying friction points through data and insight, and work closely with Design to deliver meaningful improvements.
- Project Ownership – Lead visual and functional improvements by coordinating internal teams and external partners. Balance UX and scalability, ensuring updates are data-informed, user-centric, and scalable—engaging Design when deeper UI/UX expertise is needed.
- Support & Problem-Solving – Troubleshoot frontend and backend issues through hands-on work and cross-functional collaboration. Help maintain and scale the Shopify platform to ensure smooth, reliable operations.
