We’re hiring a Head of
UK Country Lead to lead the next phase of HOLY’s hypergrowth in one of our most strategic markets. The UK is a critical growth lever, with a €100M+ revenue target over the next two years, building on a strong existing base and rapidly growing fan community.
As Head of UK, you’ll own the market P&L and oversee five core growth levers —
Partnerships, Activation, Community, Business Development, and Media — while working closely with the Retail team to maximise UK market impact. You’ll lead a high-performing team, scale a high-impact growth engine, and make HOLY a deeply loved, culturally relevant brand in the UK across both DTC and retail channels, powered by world-class paid media and in-store activation.
This role is based in the UK or Berlin with frequent travel between both. You’ll operate cross-functionally from one place while staying deeply embedded in the UK market and connected to the HQ.
Responsibilities: - Own and grow the UK market P&L with ambitious revenue, CAC, LTV, and margin targets
- Lead and scale the UK team across Partnerships, Activation, Community, and Business Development, launching and optimising high-impact partnerships, activations, and community programs.
- Adapt global campaigns for the UK market and launch local-first creative initiatives
- Act as the face of HOLY in the UK across media, creators, and community platforms
- Collaborate with central teams to ensure quality, speed, and consistency across all touchpoints
- Feed UK market insights into product, brand, and international strategy
