About the Position
HOLY is growing fast: with new product launches, expanding retail partnerships, and an ever-increasing customer base driving demand across all channels.

To keep pace with this momentum, we’re looking for a Forecasting Manager who will play a key role in ensuring availability and supply chain efficiency across our portfolio. In this role, you’ll build reliable SKU-level forecasts, align them with supplier capacity, and continuously sharpen forecast accuracy in a fast-moving, omni-channel environment.

SKU-Level Forecasting & Analytics
  • Create and update 3–12 month rolling forecasts by SKU, channel, and country.
  • Analyze deviations, detect early risks/opportunities, and conduct post-mortems after campaigns.
  • Build dashboards to track forecast accuracy, inventory health, and business impact.
Retail & D2C Planning Alignment
  • Translate sales plans into demand forecasts and align closely on campaign timing.
  • Provide clear forecast visibility to Ops and Finance for planning and cashflow.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and input quality.
Production & Supplier Collaboration
  • Align demand forecasts with supplier capacity, MOQ, and lead times.
  • Track supplier performance (reliability, lead times, quality) and share insights with SCM/Finance.
  • Flag capacity risks early and recommend supply or safety stock adjustments.
Inventory Optimization
  • Maintain target DOH and safety stock levels for all channels.
  • Proactively flag SKUs at risk of over- or understocking.
  • Recommend balancing actions (e.g. forward production, phasing, slow-mover clearance).
Scenario & Risk Modeling
  • Build upside/downside scenarios for major launches and campaigns.
  • Quantify supply impact of forecast variability or production shifts.
  • Propose contingency plans for high-likelihood/high-impact risks.
Data Stewardship & Tooling
  • Maintain and automate forecasting tools and dashboards.
  • Ensure ERP/BI data accuracy (master data, lead times, supplier info) with checks and alerts.
  • Partner with Data, Ops, and Finance on system improvements and integrations.
About You
Core Mindset & Qualities:

  • You bring forecasting expertise. You have 2–4 years of experience in demand planning, S&OP, or forecasting within FMCG or retail, and you understand planning cycles and inventory KPIs inside out.
  • You’re analytically sharp. You love working with large data sets, Excel/Sheets, and forecasting tools like Odoo, NetSuite, or Anaplan, and you turn complexity into clear, actionable insights.
  • You’re a strong communicator. You collaborate seamlessly across sales, ops, finance, and suppliers, defending assumptions while staying open to feedback.
  • You take ownership. You’re accountable for accuracy, quick to flag risks, and relentless about following through with improvements.

Experience & Expertise:

  • 4+ years of experience in demand planning, S&OP, or forecasting within FMCG or retail
  • Experience working with data sets, dashboards and forecasting tools
  • Excellent data analysis skills
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus
