Sr. Technical Product Manager at HOLY, you’ll own the technical performance of our Shopify platform — the heart of our e-commerce business.
You’ll turn business goals into fast, stable, and scalable technical solutions that directly impact conversion, site speed, and customer experience.
You’ll be the main driver between our internal teams and external development partners, ensuring that every release improves the customer journey and helps HOLY scale globally without breaking speed or quality.
Your responsibilities
- Shopify Platform Ownership
Lead the technical performance of HOLY’s Shopify ecosystem — from frontend logic to backend integrations. Improve site speed, checkout performance, and conversion while keeping the platform stable and scalable.
- Technical Briefing & Delivery
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical briefs. Define MVPs, align on success metrics, and ensure the agency delivers on time and to standard.
- Bug Resolution & Configuration Management
Take ownership of the full bug triage process. Manage Shopify app configurations, flows, and integrations that impact customer experience and conversion.
- Data-Driven Optimization
Use GA4, Clarity, and customer feedback to identify technical bottlenecks and run A/B tests. Measure impact on conversion and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Project Delivery
Lead technical projects such as Shopify Markets expansion or new integrations. Align design, ops, CX, and agency partners to ship improvements that directly drive revenue.
- Scalability & Technical Debt Management
Spot weak points before they cause issues. Prioritize and fix structural problems, automate recurring work, and prepare the platform for international growth.
