What We Want

We are looking a Part-time Office Assistant (up to 20 hours per week) for our office in Irvine, CA. This position will be in office from 10am-4pm, 3x a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From inventory management, to working on special projects, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary point of contact for visitors and vendors.
  • Provide office guests with a hospitable experience
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Order monthly snacks for the office and keep kitchen stocked
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair services for office equipment and facilities.
  • Help with planning and executing office social events.
  • Special projects on as-needed basis

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year in administrative or clerical role, preferably in an office setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and other relevant software applications
  • Be able to carry up to 25lbs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
