What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Manager who will collaboratively work with cross-functional teams during the product life cycle. A successful candidate will have experience in requirements gathering, designing and implementing technological solutions geared towards optimizating the end-user experience.

What You Will Do:

• Drive the execution of product lifecycle processes for various projects and features.
• Liaison with designer(s) to develop quality mockups with a focus on high quality user experience.
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
• Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement in user engagement and revenue production.
• Establish objectives and hypothesize solutions using the scientific method while maintaining focus on product ideation and innovation.
• Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development and delivery by engineering teams.
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering, marketing, and client experience team on the development, QA, and release of products to ensure business needs are met in a timely manner.

What We Want:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Management, and/or certification in Product Management, and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience in reading technical documentation and writing/diagraming complex business flows/logic.
• Proven experience in standard UX practices and emerging trends.
• Proven experience operating in a scrum/agile environment
• Effective reading and writing skills coupled with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• You must be authorized to work in the U.S.
