What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Reconciliation Analyst to join our financial operations team. This role is critical for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reconciliation of accounts and client assets across multiple asset classes and custodians. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and contribute to migrate reconciliation processes into a dedicated matching platform.
What You Will Do:
• Own and execute daily reconciliations across various financial accounts, including holdings such as USD, precious metals, digital assets and others.
• Reconcile internal client ledgers against custodian records.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks, ability to differentiate between timing differences and genuine exceptions, and resolve or appropriately escalate issues with clear, well-documented outcomes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of the breaks and investigations queue: prioritize accordingly, drive items to closure, and monitor resolution trends.
• Play a key role in system migration and automation projects, including rule configuration, testing, validation, and process documentation.
• Identify recurring break patterns, process inefficiencies, and control gaps; proactively recommend improvements to management.
• Maintain up to date reconciliation procedure, controls documentation, and evidence to support internal reviews, audits, and regulatory requests.
Who You Are
• Self-driven and process-oriented, able to own recurring operations and improve them over time.
• Analytical and investigative, with the judgment to tell a timing difference from a real problem and the persistence to resolve it.
• A strong communicator who can document findings, escalate clearly, and work cross-functionally with engineering and product.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of workstreams with limited direction.
What Experience We're Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or data related field (finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or similar).
• 2 - 4 + years of experience in reconciliation, financial operations, or a related function within banking or financial services.
• Interest in cryptocurrency and/or financial markets.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of SQL / comfort querying data directly.
• Hands-on experience with a reconciliation/matching platform (Gresham, Duco, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive them to completion independently.

The Fintech industry and therefore our business is fast-paced and will continue to evolve. As such, the duties and responsibilities of this role may be changed as directed by the Company at any time to promote and support our business and our clients.
