At Just Russel, we’re building a high-performing direct sales engine that drives real customer growth through events, fairs, and activations. As a Field Sales Specialist, you are at the heart of this growth.

You are not just managing events, you are driving sales performance, coaching and motivating sales ambassadors, safeguarding the quality of our brand representation, and ensuring each event delivers a consistent and high-quality Just Russel experience. Your days are dynamic, hands-on, and performance-driven, with direct impact on the growth of Just Russel.

This is a freelance position with a minimum commitment of 1–2 working days per week. As our events primarily take place on weekends, availability on Saturdays and Sundays is essential.

You’ll work in a high-trust environment that values ownership and initiative, and this role is ideal for someone who thrives on flexibility and enjoys the dynamic rhythm of the event and sales industry.

Core responsibilities

• Actively drive sales of our pet food subscriptions on-site alongside ambassadors at events, leading by example.

• Drive operations of our events in Belgium, including booth setup, breakdown, and preparation of our activations.

• Contribute to a high-performing team by working closely with ambassadors and actively fostering a strong community.

What we’re looking for

• You have proven sales experience, in a D2C environment as a strong plus

• You are performance-driven and motivated by results and targets

• You have experience in events (planning, booking, execution)

• You are hands-on, energetic and not afraid to take ownership on the field

• You have a driver’s license and are willing to travel frequently across Belgium

• You have strong communication and time management skills

• You have native/strong proficiency in Dutch

• You are flexible in working hours (expectation of minimum 8-20h/week) including weekend work.
