Main Responsabilities

• Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including venue selection, budget management, and overall logistics.

• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure all event aspects are executed as planned.

• Oversee event access to ensure proper attendance and effective participation.
  Manage communication with participants, sponsors, and other stakeholders before, during, and after the event.

• Coordinate the hiring and supervision of necessary event staff, including vendors, support staff, and security teams.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to events, such as permits and licenses.

• Evaluate the success of events by analyzing key metrics and participant feedback, using this information to improve future events.

• Stay updated on trends and best practices in the event industry, proposing innovative ideas to enhance event quality and impact.

• Evaluate, supervise, hire, and manage all necessary services from various vendors collaborating on the event, before, during, and after the event.

• Track performance, follow up on payments, and close out with vendors, making necessary adjustments according to established event guidelines.

• Be actively involved in the operation of each event, ensuring its optimal execution.

Requirements

• Studies in Industrial Engineering or similar.

• Experience in operations events.

• Experience in project management.

• Experience in event organization and management.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with great attention to detail.

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

• Implement, follow through and document processes, plans and ideas.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

• Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and react quickly and flexibly to changing events in operating conditions.
