About the Kings League
Created and organized by Kosmos, the Kings League has become a global phenomenon that has revolutionized the way we understand football and sports. A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.

About the role

• Participate in the definition and execution of the annual People plan for Kosmos.
• Collaborate in the design and implementation of new processes, policies, and tools to support the employee life cycle.
• Manage the payroll process in coordination with our external provider.
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding through our external labor advisor.
• Administer the time-tracking system and ensure its proper functioning.
• Manage the HR platform (Factorial), including employee records, contract changes, onboarding, offboarding, and other movements.
• Monitor and track medical leave and return-to-work processes.
• Keep the employee database up to date, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Support the implementation and communication of employee benefits.
• Manage and administer corporate HR email inboxes.
• Provide support and guidance to managers, employees, and other stakeholders on People-related matters.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist role.
• Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Humble, approachable, and a true team player who puts collective goals ahead of personal interests.
• Strong ethical values, with a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and fairness.
• High level of English and Spanish(written and spoken).
• Solid knowledge of Excel and ability to work comfortably with data and reporting.
• Previous experience with Factorial would be a significant plus.
