We are looking for a Commercial Director to build strategic alliances with digital accounts that maximize the profitability of Kings League's assets.

About you
We are looking for a Commercial Director with a strong digital performance mindset to drive revenue growth through the monetization of media assets, traffic, and digital audiences. This is not a traditional sponsorship sales role; we want a hunter profile, skilled in selling performance-based media solutions (CPM, CPA, CPS) and adept at generating value from traffic and IP-based properties.
Main Responsibilities
- Define and execute the commercial digital monetization strategy for Kings League Spain.
- Identify, negotiate, and close performance-based deals (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPS) across digital platforms.
- Lead sales of traffic inventory, branded content activations, and digital campaigns leveraging our sports IP.
- Build partnerships with advertisers, media agencies, ad networks, and DSPs to maximize revenue streams.
- Collaborate with media, data, and content teams to design performance-driven advertising offers.
- Lead go-to-market for new digital media products (programmatic, social ads, affiliate, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance and revenue data to optimize pricing, inventory usage, and formats.
- Stay ahead of trends in digital advertising, audience monetization, and sports media.
- Manage and grow a high-performance sales team over time.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in digital media sales, audience monetization, and traffic-based advertising models.
- Strong knowledge of CPM/CPA/CPS business models, media buying/selling, and audience monetization.
- Track record of aggressive sales growth, new business development, and closing complex digital deals.
- Strong network of contacts in the media buying, digital marketing, and adtech ecosystem.
- Experience working with sports, entertainment, or media IPs is a strong plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently and thrive in fast-moving environments.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; other languages are a plus.
