We are looking for a Commercial Manager to generate interest in Kings League digital assets in potential leads.
About the Kings League

A new 7-a-side football league with teams chaired by the world's best streamers and content creators, with revolutionary rules aimed at uniting the best of football with the latest trends in esports and new ways of communicating and understanding the world. In this sense, the Kings League has not only managed to "reimagine the game," but has also elevated sport and entertainment to a new dimension, making it more accessible to all audiences.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of strategic sports partnerships (sponsors, brands, media) to generate recurring revenue.
- Prospect new partners through both traditional and digital channels (cold calls, LinkedIn, email marketing, industry events).
- Identify and capture opportunities for digital monetization such as selling advertising inventory, running online activations, social media campaigns, display and programmatic ads.
- Research and qualify leads using market analysis tools, digital analytics platforms and benchmarking techniques to spot new opportunities.
- Manage and enrich the CRM database to ensure accurate segmentation and effective targeting.
- Collaborate closely with the Commercial Director to secure and deliver high-value deals, whether through in-person meetings or digital negotiations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the sports industry and/or in digital advertising sales (CPM, CPA, social media campaigns, programmatic buying).
- Strong knowledge of prospecting and lead generation techniques, with the ability to sell high-value solutions (sponsorships, digital activations).
- Understanding of both the sports business ecosystem and digital advertising landscape, with the ability to bridge the two.
- Analytical mindset to interpret market data and campaign results to optimize commercial approaches.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to both face-to-face negotiations and digital channels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Native German, fluent English.
