About you
We are looking for a Head of Partnerships with a strong hunter mindset to drive revenue growth through strategic sponsorships and partnerships. You will own the partnerships vision and play a key role in the monetization of our sports assets and IPs across multiple formats.
You are a senior commercial leader with a strong background in sports partnerships and sponsorship sales, able to close major deals while structuring long-term commercial strategies with brands, agencies, and rights holders.
Responsabilities
Define and lead the overall partnerships and sponsorship strategy, aligned with the company’s growth and commercial ambitions.
Identify, approach, and close high-value sponsorship and partnership deals with brands, agencies, and commercial partners.
Act as the senior commercial lead on key negotiations, managing complex and long-term agreements linked to sports IPs and assets.
Structure and develop integrated partnership offerings (sponsorships, branded activations, content, media, rights-based assets).
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
Work closely with internal teams (content, marketing, production, sales) to ensure partnerships are well executed and deliver value for partners.
Identify new partnership opportunities by monitoring sports, media, and sponsorship market trends.
Contribute to the structuring of the partnerships function, including processes, commercial frameworks, and future team development.
Requirements
Over 10+ years of experience in sports sponsorship, partnerships, or commercial leadership roles.
Proven experience managing and scaling commercial or partnerships teams.
Strong track record of closing high-value sponsorship and partnership deals.
Deep understanding of sports IPs, rights holders, and the sponsorship ecosystem.
Strong leadership skills, able to inspire, challenge, and develop teams.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, performance-driven mindset.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambitious environments with high ownership.
