ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Head of FP&A & Reporting to lead group reporting, financial planning and performance analysis across the organization. This role will play a key part in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring financial visibility across markets, and strengthening financial processes as the business continues to grow internationally.

The role will work closely with senior leadership and local teams to ensure consistent financial reporting, strong budget control and clear insights into business performance.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Closing & Financial Coordination

• Coordinate the monthly financial closing process across all entities.

• Define and enforce a structured closing calendar, ensuring timely submission and review of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow from all countries.

• Ensure consistency and coherence of financial information across markets.

Group Reporting

• Oversee monthly financial reporting to senior management and shareholders.

• Ensure accurate and consistent P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting across all entities.

• Prepare management reporting packs with clear commentary on performance vs. budget and forecast.

• Drive improvements in reporting tools, dashboards and data quality.

Controlling & Performance Management

• Monitor business performance across markets, ensuring alignment with financial targets.

• Define and track KPIs across business units, including commercial, media and operational metrics.

• Partner with department heads to ensure budget discipline and cost control.

• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning for the group.

• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making across business units.

• Analyze financial performance, identifying key drivers, risks and opportunities.

• Develop financial models to support new initiatives.

Process & Team Development

• Improve financial processes, planning tools and reporting automation.

• Collaborate with Accounting and external auditors to ensure alignment between management reporting and statutory accounts.

• Build and develop the FP&A / Controlling function as the organization scales.

REQUIREMENTS

• 7–10+ years of experience in FP&A, controlling and reporting.

• Background in external audit is strongly preferred.

• Experience in a multinational environment with multiple entities or markets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mentality.

• Experience working with budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.

• Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge (Netsuite, Abacum).

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
