The tournament will follow a Swiss format, where each match is crucial for advancing. The competition begins with two rounds in the first phase. Teams that win both matches will advance directly to the quarterfinals. Teams with one win and one loss will enter the Last Chance stage, where they can still secure a spot in the quarterfinals. Teams that lose both matches will be eliminated from the tournament. The grand finale will take place on January 12th at the Allianz Stadium in Turin, where the top two teams will face off for the chance to become the first-ever champions of the Kings World Cup Nations.
