Your role at Kittl
As Paid Performance Lead - Marketing at Kittl, you’ll lead a talented, collaborative team and take ownership of a bold, data-driven growth strategy focused on paid performance channels. Your work will strengthen our global brand, accelerate user acquisition, and cement Kittl as the go-to platform for graphic design. You’ll blend strategic vision with hands-on execution and inclusive leadership in a fast-paced startup environment. In this role, you’ll manage 4 direct reports and provide guidance across a wider Growth Marketing team of about 15 people.
What you’ll do
Own performance marketing: Blend bold ideas with data to drive growth
Lead end-to-end creative workflows: Brief, review and ship high-impact assets that meet brand and performance goals
Drive marketing execution: Plan and deliver campaigns across all channels, keeping initiatives focused and on pace
Manage & grow the team: Lead direct reports and foster alignment across the wider Growth Marketing org
Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Growth and C-level leaders to ensure successful feature launches and GTM outcomes
Take initiative and drive progress: Own your priorities with confidence, even in moments of ambiguity, and keep momentum moving
What you’ll need
Experience: At least 4 years in marketing, ideally within a creative brand or agency
Performance marketing expertise: Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, and experience in planning, executing, and measuring a high-impact multi-channel paid acquisition strategy
Leadership mindset: Experience leading projects or cross-functional workstreams, with a clear sense of ownership and a mindset of supporting the team when needed
Collaborative communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and present ideas clearly
Resilience & confidence: Comfortable navigating complexity, giving constructive feedback, and owning outcomes
