Your role at Kittl
We’re hiring a thoughtful, driven People Lead to help make Kittl a place where people do their best work. You’ll own the systems and processes that shape the employee experience—onboarding, engagement, HR operations—and partner with leadership to build a high-performance, high-care culture as we scale. If you’re passionate about creating an environment where people feel supported and empowered, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
Own & improve: Take full ownership of people operations processes — onboarding, offboarding, benefits, HR operations, and performance cycles — and continuously optimize them
Support & partner: Act as the primary partner for employees, offering timely guidance and ensuring a consistent, values-aligned experience across countries and time zones
Drive engagement: Track employee engagement and collaborate with leadership to strengthen the overall employee experience
Maintain & ensure compliance: Evolve HR systems and documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and ease of use
Hire top talent: Lead and oversee recruiting efforts, ensuring a smooth, efficient hiring process across teams while collaborating closely with hiring managers

Lead & mentor: Support, guide, and develop the People team, ensuring clarity, growth, and high performance
What you’ll need
Experience: 5+ years in people operations, HR, or employee experience, ideally in a fast-growing tech environment with the ability to build and adapt processes for scale
Operational expertise: Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and multi-country HR operations
Team leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams
Empathy & judgment: A high level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and trustworthiness—people feel safe coming to you
Global collaboration: Comfortable working across geographies, cultures, and time zones in remote and hybrid environments
Precision & structure: Detail-oriented and process-driven, able to manage systems, timelines, and multiple priorities with ease
