Your role at Kittl
You will be the operational backbone of our affiliate and long-tail creator network. As our Affiliate & Partnerships Manager, you will focus on scaling a network of high-value brand ambassadors who drive growth through educational content, tutorials, and courses.
Your goal is to move beyond transactional links and build deep, long-term relationships with creators who love our product. You will ensure our affiliate operations are seamless, data-driven, and ready for our 2026 growth phase. You will report directly to the Growth Marketing Lead.
What you'll do
Revitalize affiliate strategy: Restructure our affiliate program to prioritize content-rich partners like YouTube educators, bloggers, and course creators
Scale partner recruitment: Proactively identify and onboard new "value-add" affiliates who act as long-term brand ambassadors for Kittl
Operational excellence: Manage the daily health of the program, from auditing partner lists and tracking links to troubleshooting attribution issues
Briefing & creative support: Distribute campaign briefs that empower partners to create high-performing tutorials and viral content
Performance monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics like CPA and ROAS, sharing actionable feedback with the creative team to optimize partner output
Partner nurture: Maintain a constant, proactive communication loop to keep our affiliates engaged, informed, and motivated
What you’ll need
Affiliate expertise: Strong experience managing affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, Awin) and a track record of scaling content-led partner programs
Content sensibility: A sharp eye for what makes a great design tutorial or educational video and how to brief partners for high engagement
Relationship focus: A proactive communicator who thrives on building rapport and nurturing long-term brand ambassador relationships
Technical confidence: Hands-on experience with tracking, attribution, and data-driven performance marketing
"Doer" mentality: You take extreme ownership of projects and are comfortable auditing an entire network or setting up complex experiments independently
Passion for design: A genuine interest in the creative space and the drive to make Kittl the go-to tool for creators and small businesses
