You will be the backbone of our lifecycle and product communication efforts. As our Lifecycle & Product Marketing Manager, you will own our email, CRM, and Learn Hub operations, ensuring users receive the right guidance, messaging, and education at the right time.
Your goal is to turn lifecycle and education into reliable drivers of activation, feature adoption, and retention, while keeping all systems aligned with ongoing product changes. This role is highly execution-focused, with clear ownership and measurable impact, and will be critical to supporting our product-led growth as we scale into 2026. You will report into Product Marketing / Growth.
What you'll do
Own lifecycle & CRM operations: Manage our customer communication platforms end-to-end across onboarding, activation, feature adoption, retention, and winback; keep lifecycle flows up to date with product changes and new features; maintain CRM structure, segmentation, triggers, and hygiene
Run lifecycle experiments: Test messaging, timing, segmentation, and triggers across lifecycle journeys; measure and report on performance (activation, CTR, CVR, retention, upgrades); establish a clear testing and learning cadence
Own the Learn Hub: Maintain Learn Hub structure, content prioritization, and ongoing updates; ensure Learn Hub stays aligned with product changes and user needs; integrate Learn Hub content into lifecycle and onboarding flows
Support product launches & adoption: Plan and execute lifecycle support for product launches; drive feature discovery and adoption through email and education; partner with Product and Engineering to surface the right content at the right moment
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Engineering to define events, triggers, and tracking; translate user insights and product updates into clear, product-led messaging
Drive lifecycle impact: Improve activation, feature adoption, retention, winback, and upgrades through continuous optimization across lifecycle journeys
What you’ll need
Experience: 3+ years experience in lifecycle marketing, product marketing, growth, or CRM; hands-on experience owning email or lifecycle programs
Platform confidence: Experience with CRM and lifecycle tools (e.g. Customer.io); comfort working with events, data, and engineers
Execution mindset: Strong ownership and bias toward action; comfortable managing complex systems and keeping them organized
Clear communication: Strong writing skills for product-led emails and educational content; ability to turn product updates into clear user-facing guidance
