Your role at Kittl πŸ₯ Influencers and creators are how Kittl reaches small business owners through people they already trust. You'll source, negotiate and brief the YouTube and Instagram creators whose audiences are print-on-demand sellers, Etsy and Shopify shop owners and small product brands, and turn scattered posts into a channel we can forecast on subscriptions and CAC. You'll also own our affiliate programme, but most of your time goes into creators. To be clear, this is hands-on creator marketing, not B2B partnerships, channel sales or business development. It's a senior role with real authority over which creators we back and how much we spend, within the Acquisition team. What you'll do πŸ“‹ Creator deals: Own a portfolio of creators end to end: sourcing, vetting for brand fit, negotiating rates and terms, briefing, renewing or cutting Performance: Judge every deal on signups, subscriptions and CAC, and decide quickly what to scale, renegotiate or stop New creators and markets: Find and test creators in the segments our growth depends on, including new language markets and online communities, and hold a high content bar Budget: Run campaigns and their budget, and show what each euro returned Affiliate: Own the affiliate programme; commissions, onboarding, and moving partners from signed up to recurring producer Reporting and workflows: Keep reporting, payments, CRM and tracking clean. Use AI to find and analyse creators at scale; judging fit and who to back stays with you What you'll need βœ… Senior creator marketing experience: 5+ years in influencer marketing, including at least 2–3 years already operating at senior level. You've run paid YouTube and Instagram creator deals yourself: sourcing, negotiating, renewing and cutting Performance judgement: You judge creators on what they convert, not what they reach, and you've renegotiated or ended a deal because of CAC Affiliate mechanics: Hands-on experience with commission tiers, tracking and partner activation Relationships at volume: You can carry 60+ active partners, and tell a creator their work isn't good enough without losing them Budget ownership: You've owned an influencer budget and can defend how you spent it, with a CRM that's actually current Nice to have πŸ‘Œ A SaaS or subscription app background; e-commerce, DTC or creative tools also work You've opened new creator niches, markets or partnership types, such as online communities TikTok creator experience Paid amplification of creator content on Meta and YouTube Other languages, especially Spanish, German or Portuguese, so you can work with creators in theirs Show us, don't tell us 🎀 Bring two creator partnerships you built - what you saw in them before anyone else did, what you paid, and what came back. Tools you'll use 🧰 HubSpot: our primary CRM for the partner network Metabase: reporting on spend and performance Claude: as much as you want, for exploring and building Notion: documentation Trudy and VidIQ: checking creator metrics Interview process πŸ”οΈ Intro call with your recruiter (30 min) Interview with the hiring manager (45 min) A take-home challenge, done in your own time Challenge presentation and discussion with the team Bar raiser interview (30 min)
