At Koltin, we're redesigning how we care for our parents, grandparents, and loved ones — with the goal of helping them stay healthy, active, and independent for as long as possible. We do this through our health memberships, which integrate:

  • Clinical care focused on prevention
  • Major medical expense coverage
  • Wellness and community programs

We are the first company in Mexico dedicated to protecting older adults from age 50 to 84. We are growing rapidly across the country with a clear purpose: to transform the healthcare experience for the older adults — making it more human, accessible, and dignified.

About the Role

You are the operational backbone of Koltin's Home Care unit. You make sure things actually happen: nurses are deployed, tools are built, systems work, and that we’re always ready to grow. You’ll be joining a high performance culture with real ownership, data driven and with bias towards action.

We're building a lot of things from scratch. This is not a role for someone who needs a manual before they start -> it's for someone who writes the manual.

You're a good fit if you:

  • Take full ownership of problems and figure out how to solve them without being told how.
  • Have built things that generate real value: tools, systems, or workflows that others rely on and actually use — not just reports that people scroll by.
  • Are genuinely comfortable moving from an administrative errand to optimizing a spreadsheet on the same day.
  • Thrive in ambiguity — you enjoy building structure where there is none.
  • Care about getting the data right because you understand that operational quality and data quality are the same thing.
  • Are a do-er by nature.
  • You’re comfortable with change. Today we might be doing this, tomorrow we might be building a hospital at home (literally).
  • Have advanced Google Sheets / Excel — formulas, operational dashboards. Non-negotiable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the team’s task board throughput: tasks closed on time, WIP controlled, backlog status organized.
  • Supervise field nurses and their home visits through operational dashboards — not by being in the field every day.
  • Build and maintain internal tools: Google Sheets dashboards, automations, scripts, and data integrations.
  • Handle administrative and procurement tasks to ensure compliance in many fields.
  • Document processes and protocols so the area has institutional memory.
  • Coordinate with other departments on different topics to get things moving.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and find whatever is missing to get the wheels turning.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and fix them, often before they're flagged.
  • Deliver with quality — we need to know that the dashboards and systems actually used can be relied upon.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, logistics, dispatching, or field team coordination.
  • Proven Google Sheets / Excel skills: complex formulas, operational dashboards.
  • Experience building automations (Apps Script, Zapier, or equivalent).
  • Strong written communication — clear, direct, and structured.
  • Degree in any field (Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Systems, or similar preferred).
  • Strong organizational discipline: tracks everything, misses nothing, keeps systems clean.
  • Spanish and English full proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Appscript / Visual Basic knowledge or other automation tools (Zapier or equivalent).
  • Use Claude AI and other generative AI tools to accelerate problem-solving and tool-building.
  • Background in last-mile delivery, field workforce operations healthcare operations and/or home services.

Benefits

  • 🎓 Access to tools and resources for professional growth: courses, workshops, books, and more.
  • 💊 Unlimited private medical assistance by video call (GP, nutritionist, psychologist) for you and 3 family members.
  • 🏋️ Physical wellness benefit (Total Pass membership).
  • 🌴 9 additional vacation days per year, on top of legal minimum.
  • 👓 Major Medical Expense Insurance (SGMM).
  • 💻 All the equipment you need to do your job well.
  • 💵 Monthly support bonus of MXN $700 on top of salary.
  • 💎 One-time ergonomics allowance of MXN $2,500 to set up your workspace after your trial period.
  • 🏡 Flexible hybrid work modality. Occasinoal field presence expected as part of understanding operations.
