Job Summary:

The Community Lead - South Asia will focus on promoting and selling LemFi’s services to South Asian communities living and working in the UK, including but not limited to individuals from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, and the Philippines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with proven experience engaging with communities, associations, NGOs, universities, and similar networks in Manchester and across the UK.

Responsibilities are as follows:

  • Customer acquisition through various sales and marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with Indian Associations, Community and Social media influencers etc and promote the service
  • Manage a team of promoters
  • Responsible for achieving targets (new customers and revenue)
  • Establish LemFi’s position as the preferred online remittance service to South Asia from UK

Requirements:

  • Advanced education degree is preferred but not required;
  • 5 - 7 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing
  • Excellent analytical, research, verbal and written communication skills;
  • New initiatives and Business Development
  • Adaptability to global operational needs and ability to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment
  • Location- Leicester or Manchester
