The Role

You will be the driving force behind LemFi’s global compliance integrity. Your primary focus will be building, owning, and continuously improving our global compliance testing and audit management framework—ensuring every LemFi jurisdiction meets the highest standards of AML/CFT, sanctions, and consumer compliance.

You won’t just run tests; you will design the systems, methodologies, and governance layers that keep our global operations safe, scalable, and audit-ready as we grow across continents.

How You’ll Contribute

• Build & Evolve: Develop and maintain a global compliance testing framework and model validation program across all LemFi jurisdictions.

• Design Testing Scopes: Draft risk-based scopes aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Execute Testing: Conduct recurring reviews of compliance processes, identifying risks and control gaps.

• Lead Audit Management: Manage all Compliance-related audits (independent, state, federal, international) and partner with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.

• Manage QA Unit: Lead and develop the Compliance Quality Assurance team.

• Report to the Board: Present testing results, trends, and recommendations to the Board of Directors.

Who You Are

• Deeply knowledgeable in global AML/CFT, sanctions, and consumer compliance requirements.

• Highly detail-oriented with strong discipline in documentation and testing practices.

• Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with strong ownership of deliverables.

• A collaborative, empowering leader who uplifts team performance.

• Adaptable, curious, and motivated by regulatory and operational complexity.

• A clear, confident communicator capable of turning complex topics into digestible insights.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years AML/Compliance experience, including compliance testing or internal audit management.

• Deep knowledge of US BSA/AML, UK AML, sanctions, and consumer compliance regulations.

• Proven ability to design, execute, and document compliance testing methodologies.

• Strong communication & presentation skills, able to convey complex findings clearly.

• Analytical and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

• CAMS (or equivalent) certification is beneficial.
