The Role
As the IT Operations Lead, you will own and scale LemFi’s internal IT ecosystem, ensuring every employee has a seamless, secure, and high-performing experience. You will shape the systems that power our distributed workforce, enabling fast growth while maintaining strong security, automation, and compliance.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role at the centre of how LemFi operates. You will manage our core collaboration, access, and security platforms while partnering closely with Security, Engineering, and People teams to build reliable, automated, and scalable IT foundations for the company’s next phase of growth.
How You’ll Contribute
Own Core IT Systems: Manage and continuously improve Google Workspace, JumpCloud, VPN, antivirus, endpoints, Rippling, n8n, and Slack.
Enable Seamless Employee Lifecycle: Oversee onboarding, access provisioning, off-boarding, and periodic access reviews for a secure and smooth experience.
Drive Security & Compliance: Partner with Security Engineering to enforce MFA, secure configurations, and compliance standards across the environment.
Automate Workflows: Build automations using n8n (or similar tools) to streamline onboarding, access management, reporting, and repetitive operational workflows.
Measure What Matters: Define and track SLAs, onboarding efficiency, patch compliance, and system reliability to drive continuous improvement.
Support Audit Readiness: Contribute to SOC2, PCI DSS, and DORA preparation in collaboration with the Security team.
Optimise Vendor Management: Evaluate, negotiate, and manage vendors to ensure strong performance and cost efficiency.

Document & Scale Processes: Create clear IT documentation, runbooks, and self-service resources to support a growing global team.

What You’ll Bring
Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace, JumpCloud, and MDM for Mac and Windows devices.
Strong understanding of VPN, antivirus, and endpoint compliance.
Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n.
Familiarity with Rippling or other HR/IT integration tools.
Knowledge of SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, or similar governance and audit frameworks.
