The Role

You will be a pragmatic and innovative engineer responsible for building the next generation of our customer-facing AI. Your focus will be on orchestrating intelligent, autonomous systems—moving beyond simple APIs to architect powerful, Agentic workflows. You will integrate the latest Large Language Models (LLMs) with our internal data, ensuring every customer interaction is secure, contextual, and problem-solving.

You won't just write code; you will be the architect of secure, efficient, and compliant AI capabilities that directly drive customer satisfaction and engagement.

How You'll Contribute

  • Architect Agentic Systems: Design and implement autonomous agents and workflows using orchestration tools like Langchain4J or automation platforms like n8n.

  • Build Secure RAG: Architect, build, and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ground LLM responses securely in company data.

  • Lead ChatBot Engineering: Drive the technical development of customer-facing ChatBots, focusing on context retention, tone accuracy, and reducing hallucinations.

  • Ensure Compliance & Security: Develop secure REST APIs and guarantee all AI solutions comply with GDPR and the guidelines of the upcoming EU AI Act regarding data handling and transparency.

  • Manage Cloud Infrastructure: Utilize AWS services for model fine-tuning, manage the deployment lifecycle for scalability, and enhance automated testing practices for LLM models.

Who You Are

  • An Agentic Builder: You understand that the future of AI is Agentic and you orchestrate intelligent systems using tools like Langchain4J or n8n.

  • Security-First: You have a keen understanding of how to build secure RAG REST APIs and are knowledgeable about GDPR and the EU AI Act.

  • Customer Obsessed: You are excited about building the next generation of customer-facing ChatBots that solve problems, not just answer questions.

  • Cloud Native: You are comfortable in AWS or another major Cloud Provider, adept at managing training jobs and deploying inference endpoints.

  • Pragmatic Problem Solver: You focus on shipping practical solutions over theoretical perfection and can translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value.

What You'll Bring

  • Functional coding skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript.

  • Proven experience with Agentic orchestration tools (LangChain4J, LangChain, or similar) and workflow automation (n8n).

  • Deep understanding of RAG architectures (Vector DBs, Embeddings, Chunking strategies) and experience integrating Major LLMs (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) into production applications.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS for ML workloads (BedRock, SageMaker, or EC2).

  • Ability to design secure REST APIs and knowledge of GDPR and the EU AI Act as they apply to AI development.

  • Nice to Have: Track record of launching a successful customer support bot or advanced Prompt Engineering techniques (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct).
