Who you are:
We are looking for an experienced, creative, and data-driven Senior Growth Manager – UK (Nigeria Corridor) to lead user acquisition and retention strategies targeting the Nigerian diaspora in the UK. You’ll be the key driver of brand awareness, user engagement, and revenue growth in this critical corridor.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, partnerships, and customer success teams to ensure LemFi remains the go-to remittance app for Nigerians in the UK.

- We’re looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Nigerian market, culture, and consumer behavior—whether through lived experience, professional background, or personal connection. This knowledge will be key to effectively engaging with our core audience and driving impact in the region.
Responsiblities:
- Drive Growth & Retention: Own the full funnel – from acquisition to activation to loyalty – for users in the Nigerian diaspora in the UK.
- Community & Cultural Relevance: Identify and engage with key Nigerian communities, associations, and influencers to ensure LemFi remains embedded in the diaspora’s daily life.
- Campaign Execution: Plan, launch, and manage innovative marketing campaigns, offline activations, and partnership initiatives that boost user growth and reinforce brand preference.
- Data & Insights: Track performance metrics, analyze user behavior, and run A/B tests to continuously optimize growth and retention strategies.
- Brand Advocacy: Ensure LemFi has a strong and authentic presence across online and offline Nigerian diaspora platforms (social media groups, cultural events, churches, etc.)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product and support teams to improve user experience and reduce churn, based on insights from the UK-Nigeria market.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, community management, or brand development, preferably targeting diaspora or African markets.
- Proven track record of growing a B2C tech product or app in the UK market.
- Deep understanding of the Nigerian diaspora in the UK – culturally connected, community-savvy, and locally informed.
- Strong project management skills – ability to execute across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Analytical and creative – comfortable using data to inform strategies while also thinking outside the box.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
