Your Key Responsibilities

  • Own Customer Care in Italy: lead the existing Customer Care team, overseeing day-to-day operations, team management, hiring, and initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Lead Lexroom's Customer Success expansion into new geographies: set up local teams, design and roll out new initiatives, and ensure playbook delivery as Lexroom enters new markets - working in close coordination with the teams already leading international expansion.

  • Act as a key point of reference for Customer Care both locally and internationally, ensuring consistency of standards, processes, and customer experience across markets.

Requirements:

  • 7-8+ years of experience within Customer Success, Customer Care, or Support functions.

  • 2-3+ years of experience as a people manager, ideally within Customer Success, Customer Care, or Support functions.

  • Proven experience managing teams both locally and internationally - you know how to lead in-country operations while coordinating across geographies.

  • Must have: experience working in international (EU) contexts.

  • Experience operating in a scale-up / hyper-growth environment.

  • You have a proactive mindset, love solving problems, and enjoy working in a fast-growing startup environment.

  • Fluent in Italian and English.

Reporting Line
This role reports directly to the Head of Customer Success.
