We are seeking a skilled HR Policy Management Expert to work as a project consultant in our AI Labor Marketplace. This is not a full-time employment position — you will be engaged as an expert project consultant on a contract basis.

Location: U.S.-based experts only

Engagement: Part-time, project-based expert evaluation work

Work Type: Remote

Project Summary:

Contributors will author HR policies and employee-facing compliance documents and create evaluation datasets used to assess AI document understanding capabilities.

Consultant Engagement Terms:

This is a project-based consultant role. Consultants will be paid on a per-project basis; hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. Consultants control their own schedule, provide their own tools, and may simultaneously provide services to other vendors or employers (subject to those vendors’ allowances).

Responsibilities:

Contributors will:

• Create original HR policy documents
• Draft handbook content and compliance-related materials
• Generate 25 document-grounded Q&A pairs
• Provide citations and metadata
• Review content for clarity and consistency
• Use Microsoft Word to author deliverables
• Work exclusively with synthetic data

Expected Outcomes:

• Original HR policy documents
• 25 question-and-answer pairs per assignment
• Citations and supporting metadata

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Experience developing or managing HR policies
• HR Compliance, Employee Relations, or HRBP background preferred
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Microsoft Word proficiency
• U.S.-based
