Position Overview
As a Senior Investment Adviser for Masterworks Advisers, you will be a trusted, high-impact contributor on our advisory team — bringing deep financial expertise and a proven track record of client relationship management, and play a pivotal role in growing our investor community — whether guiding prospective investors through their first art investment or nurturing relationships with our established member base.
You will be matched to one of two senior advisory tracks based on mutual fit identified during the interview process:
- New Investor Onboarding (Senior): Lead complex onboarding engagements with high-net-worth and sophisticated prospective clients. Set the standard for advisory quality, providing investment recommendations on fine art and other real or digital assets (gold, Bitcoin, etc.) .
- Existing Investor Growth (Senior): Own a portfolio of established investors, driving significant repeat investment activity through proactive outreach, annual portfolio reviews discussing highlights and lowlights, and strategic presentation of new offerings. Maximize investor lifetime value and wallet share.
In either track, you will combine expertise in financial markets, portfolio construction, and macroeconomics with refined relationship skills to deliver an exceptional investor experience. Comprehensive training on the art market, art as an asset class, and Masterworks offerings is provided.
