About the job

Join our thriving team as the Operations Manager, where you'll report directly to the Head of Operations.

You'll be an essential player in our achievements, actively shaping the future of our rapidly growing company and sharing in the excitement of our successes.

You will lead exciting initiatives that boost our company's operational performance, across the various teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Finance) :

• Structuring of processes:
  Audit of existing internal processes.
  Proposal of robust and simple processes to be maintained over time.
  Optimization and automation.
  Support for deployment with stakeholders.
  Maintenance and evolution over time.

• Tools :
  Identification of solutions adapted to our challenges.
  Testing of solutions.
  Negotiation / Budget optimization.
  Support for deployment with stakeholders.
  Interconnection between these tools.
  Monitoring of their use.

• Reporting
  Definition of performance KPIs.
  Process monitoring.

• Knowledge Management
  Defining process for creating, capturing, sharing, organizing, and using the collective knowledge, expertise, and experience within the organization.

• Risk Management and Compliance:
  Identify potential risks and challenges related to the company's activities and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

Some examples of assignments:

• Optimize internal information sharing (Slack, Asana, Notion)
• Reorganization of Google Drive
• Automation of user feedback collection on Trustpilot and Google
• Set up a SAAS management platform
• Optimize the reporting of our social networks

About you

• Looking for a 6 months internship
• Preferably based in Paris (full-remote possible)
• Fluent French is Mandatory
• Very organized and rigorous
• Creative
• Autonomous and resourceful
• Competitive and always looking to exceed your limits
• Excellent project coordinator
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
