About the Role

The Senior Manager will be responsible to define and deliver strategic projects to drive business growth and unit economics improvements. In this role, you will design, deploy, and improve global business processes. We are looking for a strategic thinker with experience managing teams of 2-3 people and ability to run complex cross-functional projects for senior stakeholders.

What You’ll be Doing

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects to drive growth and operational efficiency

• Run unit economics analysis and define initiatives to drive improvements

• Define and deploy key operational planning processes

• Build and own reporting on OKRs and business metrics

What You will need for this position

• BA/BS degree, masters degree preferred

• 5-7 years of experience at top tier-company in consulting, or strategy teams of high growth start-ups

• At least 2 years experience managing teams

Who You'll Be Working with:

Directly reporting to our Head of Strategy and Planning and closely working with our Operations Team.
