As the Director of Reward, you will play a critical role in driving our growth by defining and implementing our reward philosophy and global reward strategy. We need you to design and implement a data-driven approach to reward management that is scalable, whilst overseeing our digital infrastructure and people analytic capability. What you will be doing
Own and be accountable for executing Moove's reward strategy.
Drive the development and implementation of a data-driven approach to reward management.
Oversee Moove's digital infrastructure and people analytic capability.
Build and lead a high-performing team over time to achieve Moove’s desired growth and success.
Develop and drive an effective compensation and ESOP strategy that supports business objectives and is aligned with market benchmarks.
Ensure that the compensation and ESOP programs are clearly communicated and understood by all employees.
Proactively provide recommendations to the People team and business leaders on reward-related decisions.
Advise and keep leadership abreast of compensation programs and trends.
Develop and evolve a highly effective digital infrastructure that supports the People team and business functions capable of delivering regular, impactful analysis and insights that influence business decisions and drive business outcomes.
Provide reward coaching, guidance, and support to colleagues enabling them to excel in their role and develop a high-performing team of people, platform and data analytics professionals,
What you'll need for this position
Proven track record owning the reward strategy and capability for a scaling/high-growth business.
Proven development and implementation of a data-driven approach to reward management.
Experience of reward structures globally with emerging market experience highly desirable.
Experience driving digital infrastructure and people analytic capability.
Experience of building and leading high-performing teams.
A strategic mindset and ability to think creatively about reward management, digital infrastructure, and people analytics challenges.
The ability to adapt and excel when business plans change.
Proven ability to understand strategic organisational issues and influence key leaders and stakeholders.
Experience in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and resources, preferably in the technology industry.
Who you will work with
You will report to the SVP People and work closely with founders and functional leaders across the company.
Together with the SVP People you will partner with finance on budgeting and maximising financial incentives whilst managing costs.
Within the people team, you will closely work with the strategic people partners to ensure the reward approach supports the business plans, and that the digital infrastructure and insight provide support driving a healthy organisation.
