About the Role

Moove is looking for a Fleet Operations Sr Associate to contribute to become an integral part of our UK scale up. The ideal candidate will bring sector expertise, strategic insight and strong operational proficiency to the role.

Fleet Operations Managers are responsible for ensuring: scalable and sustainable local operations, high vehicle utilisation and effective cost management.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Designing, implementing and managing processes to manage critical business operations starting with resale of used vehicles, onboarding and offboarding, vehicle documentation management

  • Creating and executing on the compliance schedule (registrations, licencing, fittings, testing) for all vehicles

  • Creating the servicing, maintenance and repair strategy for all vehicles, including procuring and monitoring suppliers

  • Building relationships with OEMs and managing warranties

  • Managing third party storage, logistics and other operational vendors to deliver to time, cost and quality standards on high throughput schedules

  • Monitoring inventory to ensure vehicles are available in line with demand

  • Managing, tracking and reducing costs within the fleet and maintenance supply chain

  • Delivering continuous improvement projects within fleet and maintenance

What You will need for this position

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  • Experience in project management, operations experience is a must with commercial experience as a plus

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A dynamic combination of IQ and EQ and an ability to think strategically and execute tactically

  • A keen sense of responsibility, initiative, and an ability to inspire. You should feel comfortable working autonomously and in a team environment.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills

  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution

  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills



Who You'll Be Working with:

Directly reporting to our City Manager, and closely working with our Operations Team.
