About the Role

Responsible for ensuring vehicle compliance, insurance and maintenance requirements are in place per local market in order to keep Moove vehicles moving safely.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with repair and maintenance suppliers, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and performance standards.

  • Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure all repairs and maintenance work meet the company's standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections of supplier work to maintain high quality and compliance with industry regulations.

  • Quote Scrutinization and Finalization: Review and analyse repair and maintenance quotes from suppliers to ensure accuracy and fairness.

  • Data Management and Reporting: Record and manage data related to repairs, maintenance activities, and supplier performance ensuring the job status for each work-in-progress repair is accurate.

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or disputes with suppliers regarding service quality, pricing, or delivery times. Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and maintain smooth operations.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in repairs and maintenance operations. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.

What You will need for this position

  • Strong technical knowledge of Body Repairs and Panel Beating is advantageous.

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, as well as take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

  • Technically savvy: Google Suites and databases

  • Strong business writing and speaking skills

  • Self-starter, ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

  • Attention to Detail.
