Who We're Looking For
We are hiring the first-ever GTM Engineer at Pearl — a brand new function built to power how we scale revenue. This isn't a systems maintenance role; it's an architectural one. You'll own the tech stack and AI layer behind how we prospect, qualify, convert, and retain customers — and you'll build it from scratch. Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Data, and Operations, you'll turn pipeline gaps into automated workflows, manual processes into scalable systems, and leadership priorities into the revenue engine our next stage of growth runs on.
What You'll Do
Build AI-Powered Workflows & Outbound Systems
Identify and deploy high-impact AI use cases across the funnel, from prospecting and outreach to pipeline analysis and customer lifecycle automation
Design AI-native automations that surface next-best actions, trigger timely follow-ups, and improve deal velocity
Build and maintain automated outbound prospecting systems using Clay, Apollo, Instantly, and custom scripts
Develop AI-powered workflows for personalized outreach at scale
Own technical aspects of new channel launches including partnerships, paid, and events
Experiment with emerging LLM and agentic tools to unlock new capabilities across the revenue team
Enrich, Score & Qualify Leads
Enrich and score leads using APIs, web scraping, and third-party data providers
Integrate and optimize HubSpot with marketing automation and data sources
Analyze funnel performance and identify bottlenecks across the GTM motion
Own the Revenue Funnel
Build and maintain the systems that power opportunity management, sales handoffs, forecasting, and post-sale workflows
Spot gaps, solve for edge cases, and build reporting that surfaces conversion risks and pipeline health
Build and maintain workflows across the full customer lifecycle — lead routing, SDR → AE handoffs, onboarding, expansion, and retention
Balance long-term scalability with short-term speed; we're growing fast and need systems that can keep up
Internal Tools & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Create internal tools and dashboards to increase sales team productivity
Work side-by-side with Sales and Customer Success to translate business needs into technical solutions
Own the data integrity and operational health of our lead-to-revenue pipeline
Connect GTM tools into one cohesive stack and evolve it as we scale
Who You Are
4–8+ years in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or high-growth environments - SMB Experience Preferred
Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, and SQL, with experience building APIs, automations, and data pipelines
Hands-on experience with modern GTM and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Nooks, Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato)
Experience building and deploying AI-enabled workflows, copilots, or agents in a business context
Strong understanding of sales funnels, marketing attribution, and customer lifecycle operations
A hands-on builder who ships quickly, iterates in real time, and is biased toward automation over manual work
Comfortable working across technical systems and business stakeholders
Motivated by driving real revenue impact, not just maintaining systems
