Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking a customer-centric, energetic, and highly-motivated individual to join our Enterprise Training team. As an Enterprise Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training and support to enterprise clients, helping them to optimize the use of our platform and achieve their organizational goals. You will be responsible for developing and facilitating training sessions, creating educational materials, and providing ongoing support to ensure that our clients achieve the highest levels of success with our products.
Become an expert in Pearl’s provider-focused product offerings and educate customers on the use and benefits of our products
Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging Pearl’s suite of tools effectively and finding value in our services
Lead virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring participants are effectively educated on product features, functionalities, and best practices.
Customize training materials, including presentations, guides, and videos, to align with client-specific use cases.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations to understand their goals and deliver value-driven training.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of training effectiveness, adjusting content and delivery methods as needed.
Collaborate with the Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to stay informed about new product features and updates.
Develop and maintain a library of self-paced learning resources, such as video tutorials and FAQs, for client reference.
Track and report on training outcomes, client satisfaction, and adoption metrics to management.
Maintain and continue to expand technical product knowledge to remain proficient
What You’ll Need to Succeed
2+ years of experience working in or with dental practices
Ability to read 2D dental radiography
Exceptional public speaking skills both written and verbal
Intermediate computer skills (working with browsers, spreadsheets, and text
documents)
Ability to work with a pipeline of assigned trainings and tasks and complete them in a timely manner
Passion for teaching and helping others succeed, with a focus on client outcomes.
Demonstration of excellent customer service skills
A growth mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve the training process and contribute to the success of the team and the clients.
Ability to be available for 1-hour remote training sessions with 48 hour notice.
Confidently represent Pearl as a product expert during live training sessions, fielding customer questions and objections with clarity and composure
Rapidly learn complex products and workflows and translate them into simple, engaging training experiences relevant to diverse audiences - including clinical, administrative, and leadership roles
Adapt training delivery in real time based on audience knowledge level, engagement, and session dynamics to ensure maximum impact
