What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a driven and strategic Demand Generation Lead to spearhead our marketing funnel and fuel growth across our Prosumer, Business, and Enterprise plans. As the Demand Generation Lead, you will be responsible for creating and executing campaigns that increase awareness, generate qualified downloads and leads, and nurture prospects through the funnel to conversion. This role requires a data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of digital marketing, audience segmentation, and demand generation strategies for diverse customer segments. You will be a pivotal player in Polycam’s growth story, building scalable campaigns and working cross-functionally to directly impact revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Demand Generation Strategy: Design and execute demand generation strategies for Prosumer, Business, and Enterprise segments, leveraging channels like paid media, content marketing, partnerships, and ABM.
- Campaign Development: Create and manage targeted, multi-channel campaigns to engage and convert prospects, including drip campaigns and retargeting.
- Data and Optimization: Analyze campaign performance to improve metrics such as subscribers, leads, conversion rates, and CAC.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with the Growth team on revenue goals, partner with Sales on ABM strategies, and collaborate with Product Marketing on messaging and product launches.
- Tools and Platforms: Manage campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and programmatic tools, utilizing analytics and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to optimize performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in multiple startup environments; bonus points for experience at both startups and larger organizations, showcasing the ability to thrive in different business stages.
- Over 5 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or a similar role, with a proven track record in both B2C and B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or tech.
- Hands-on experience working in companies with a bottom-up strategy, particularly focused on demand generation for subscription-based models.
- Strong ability to measure and evaluate marketing performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), prioritizing data-driven decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaigns, including paid social, search, email marketing, and content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Growth teams.
- Creative thinker with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement.
Salary:
The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $215,000. We consider an individual’s background and experience in determining the final salary; therefore, the base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
