What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to optimize Salesforce and improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in Salesforce will help streamline processes, enhance reporting capabilities, and ensure seamless integrations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce administration, configuration, and optimization
- Manage Salesforce configuration, user accounts, data integrity, and integrations
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success leadership to analyze pipeline metrics and performance
- Analyze sales pipeline, forecast performance, and track quotas
- Develop reports and dashboards to support Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership decision-making
- Implement and troubleshoot system integrations
- Automate sales processes and optimize lead management
- Execute lead campaigns using Gong, Zoominfo, Apollo, and ChiliPiper
- Drive marketing engagement and tracking
- Lead onboarding and enablement for sales teams by training them on Salesforce and integrated tools
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of comprehensive Salesforce experience, with certifications
- Proven track record in SaaS sales operations
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for developing application features, including making API calls to Salesforce and integrating Salesforce data into applications.
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing technology ecosystems
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong project management capabilities
Salary:
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000. We consider an individual’s background and experience in determining the final salary; therefore, the base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
