About Us

At Prenuvo, we are on a mission to flip the paradigm from reactive “sick-care” to proactive health care. Our award-winning whole body scan is fast (under 1 hour), safe (MRI has no ionizing radiation), and non-invasive (no contrast). Our unique integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and increasingly AI, coupled with the patient-centric experience across our domestic and global clinics, have allowed us to lead the change against “we caught it too late again".

We're looking for a Senior People Systems & Operations Generalist to build and scale the systems, programs, and processes that support employees throughout their journey with Prenuvo. You'll own HRIS data integrity and its connection to SSO/identity provisioning, lead system implementations and migrations end-to-end, and serve as a hands-on People Ops generalist, a strong fit for someone who enjoys both technical systems work and day-to-day employee experience. You'll partner closely with P&C Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll/Benefits, IT, and other stakeholders to keep people processes efficient, secure, and compliant.

You'll partner closely with People & Culture Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Benefits, IT, and key stakeholders to ensure our people processes and systems are efficient, secure, compliant, and enhance our employee experience from onboarding to offboarding. This role is remote-first, with a preference for candidates who are able to work primarily within the Eastern Time Zone (ET).

This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).

Help reshape the world through proactive healthcare while working with cutting-edge technology and high performing teams with deep expertise - join us to make a difference in people’s lives!

What You'll Do

  • Own HRIS data integrity (audits, corrections) and configure workflows/business rules in platforms like Rippling or Workday.
  • Serve as escalation point for HRIS/P&C systems issues, including HRIS-to-SSO provisioning, partnering with IT/Okta and vendors on root-cause fixes.
  • Support system upgrades and rollouts (UAT, documentation, training) to reduce recurring support tickets.
  • Build people analytics reports and automation to support data-driven leadership decisions.
  • Lead cross-functional projects: comp/performance cycles, system implementations/migrations, and policy changes.
  • Improve core People Ops processes (onboarding, offboarding, lifecycle transactions) and act as SME on policy/compliance, partnering with Legal on employment law adherence.
  • Manage global mobility/immigration cases and support employee relations escalations with P&C BPs.
  • Draft SOPs and policy documentation; mentor junior People Ops team members.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years in HR/People Ops, HRIS administration, or related generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian employment law and payroll/tax compliance; US experience a plus
  • Hands-on HRIS platform experience (Rippling, Workday, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable explaining policy to all levels
  • Process-improvement mindset with high discretion handling confidential data
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CPHR/PHR/SHRM-CP preferred, not required
  • Bonus qualifications: benefits/leave/comp administration experience, global mobility/immigration program experience, high-growth or global company background

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a high-growth or scaling company environment
  • Global company people operations experience
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and systems integration
  • Experience building or improving employee self-service resources
  • Experience managing global mobility and immigration programs
