About Us

rePurpose Global is a VC-backed tech startup dedicated to driving sustainable innovation in the packaging industry. Our new B2B software platform helps consumer brands navigate complex packaging regulations, make smarter packaging sustainability decisions, leverage packaging data for business growth, and ensure compliance with evolving global standards. We're building powerful new features to empower customers with actionable insights and streamlined processes.

About the Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our dynamic team and execute our roadmap. In this role, you will drive product development for our core application that helps consumer brands manage regulatory reporting for sustainable packaging. As an individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with internal technical experts, including engineers, subject matter experts, and our commercial teams, to shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery of impactful features.

This role will launch new products from the ground up; a high ownership/accountability mindset and comfort in startup environments are required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap Execution: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring successful feature delivery through clear requirements, strong communication, and problem-solving in collaboration with engineering and design.
  • Discovery & Research: Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify pain points and opportunities in the packaging sustainability/compliance space.
  • Roadmap Development: Prioritize features and maintain a detailed roadmap in alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
  • Collaboration: Partner with technical experts, compliance specialists, and internal stakeholders to design innovative solutions that meet complex regulatory and standards requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product goals and objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Establish KPIs to measure feature success and continuously iterate based on customer feedback and product performance.
  • Compliance Focus: Stay informed on global packaging regulations and sustainability trends to ensure product alignment with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS startup or B2B enterprise software environments with an emphasis on data.
  • Demonstrated success in a high-growth environment, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver results under tight timelines.
  • Proven experience building and launching features from scratch in emerging market spaces.
  • Experienced in user discovery methods, including customer interviews, prototyping, and experimentation.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills with technical teams and internal experts.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Nice to have: Experience working on products related to compliance or reporting (bonus if you have experience with packaging or consumer goods!)

Why Join Us?

  • Impact-Driven Work: Help businesses reduce their environmental footprint and take action on the packaging waste crisis.
  • Collaborative Culture: Work alongside passionate experts dedicated to driving sustainable change.
  • Growth Opportunities: As we expand our platform, you'll play a key role in shaping our product vision and strategy.
  • If you’re an ambitious product manager who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to make a meaningful impact on packaging sustainability, we'd love to hear from you!
