About the Role
As the Executive Assistant to our Co-Founder/CEO, you won’t just be managing a calendar—you’ll be a critical partner in driving the success of Revv during an exciting phase of rapid growth and innovation. This is a rare chance to collaborate closely with a young, visionary leader in the tech industry, spearheading groundbreaking solutions that redefine vehicle technology and enhance the driving experience for millions.
In this role, you’ll have a front-row seat to the inner workings of a high-growth startup, gaining unparalleled insight into strategy, operations, and leadership. You’ll be the Co-Founder/CEO’s right hand in a high visibility and high impact role, anticipating their needs, managing complex priorities, and serving as a trusted liaison with key internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Executive Support:
- Manage the Co-Founder/CEO’s dynamic and demanding calendar, scheduling high-priority meetings, calls, and travel while ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Anticipate the Co-Founder/CEO’s needs by proactively preparing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for all engagements.
- Act as a thought partner by understanding key priorities and helping the Co-Founder/CEO stay focused on mission-critical initiatives.
- Handle personal tasks as needed to maximize the Co-Founder/CEO’s efficiency and focus on the business.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Serve as a key liaison between the Co-Founder/CEO and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments.
- Coordinate logistics and materials for board meetings, leadership sessions, and investor updates, ensuring all stakeholders are prepared and aligned.
- Maintain and organize confidential files, documents, and records with precision and discretion.
- Manage and reconcile expense reports and budgets, ensuring all financial matters related to the Co-Founder/CEO are handled accurately and on time.
- Communication & Coordination:
- Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers, while representing the Co-Founder/CEO and the company with professionalism.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication on all commitments and deliverables from meetings or interactions.
- Organize and coordinate leadership off-sites, client and investor visits, etc.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex and ever-changing calendars with precision and flexibility.
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- A track record of successfully coordinating high-priority projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Successful coordination of high profile event planning and hosting, including both clients and investors that’s specific to the NYC area.
- Experience liaising and building strong relationships with senior leaders, board members, and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
- Experience coordinating the logistics of international travel.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar), project management software (Asana, Notion), and video conferencing platforms (Zoom).
- Attributes:
- High emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges autonomously.
- A customer-service oriented, creative, and collaborative mindset with a focus on building strong relationships.
- High tolerance for ambiguity, with a “no job too small” mentality.
- As the only EA in the company, being the first line of defense when it comes to managing and prioritizing the Co-Founder/CEOs time in reference to rapidly shifting priorities.
Compensation Range
The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications
