You’ll work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Leadership, and Product to continuously improve our sales process and accelerate adoption. If you're a driven, coachable closer who thrives in high-velocity environments and loves selling real ROI, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Sales Execution

  • Manage the entire sales process from initial outreach and discovery through close and customer activation.

  • Conduct effective product demonstrations that clearly articulate value and align solutions to customer pain points.

  • Drive revenue by converting high-intent SMB prospects into long-term customers.

  • Lead onboarding conversations and support new customers through their first 30 days to ensure seamless activation and early success.

Pipeline Management & Follow-Up

  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through diligent follow-up and strategic outbound activity as needed.

  • Leverage a structured sales process to advance opportunities efficiently and predictably.

  • Accurately document all sales activities, deal stages, and key insights in Salesforce.

  • Deliver consistent communication, clear next steps, and a high level of responsiveness throughout the sales cycle.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on onboarding and customer goals.

  • Provide feedback to Product, Marketing, and Sales Leadership based on customer insights and market trends.

  • Participate in team initiatives to improve messaging, talk tracks, and overall sales effectiveness.

Team & Culture Contribution

  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing sales culture through knowledge sharing and peer support.

  • Embrace feedback, coaching, and continuous improvement as part of daily workflow.

Qualifications
Professional Experience

  • 2–4 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a high-velocity SaaS environment.

  • Proven success selling to small and mid-sized businesses with a transactional sales motion.

  • Demonstrated ability to run product demos, identify pain points, and confidently close.

  • Strong discovery and closing skills with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding quota.

  • Resilient, coachable, and comfortable adapting in fast-paced, evolving environments.

  • Experience with sales tools like Salesforce, with a willingness to adopt new technologies.

  • Clear, concise communicator across phone, email, and video formats.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • Strong professional references.

  • Experience in onboarding customers post-sale and seeing accounts through activation.

  • Background in SMB-focused sales or transactional deal environments.

  • Familiarity with the automotive or collision repair industry.
