Support engineers are React & React Native engineers responsible for customer success.
The role is perfect for engineers who care a lot about people, and are willing to help our customers get unstuck in Rork, ship apps to the App Store and resolve small bugs in Rork builder.
You will be a great fit if...
You’re a fullstack/mobile engineer who shipped React/Next and React Native/Expo apps before
You care about users and genuinely want to help
You can maintain thorough product documentation, write tutorials (we use Mintlify for docs), record video tutorials & write changelogs
You reply quickly
You are a former founder who built a great product that had 1K+ users
You work hard: 10+ hours a day, 6+ days a week
You love and inspired by Bun, Deno, Cloudflare, Neon, Clickhouse, Vercel
We encourage you to apply even if don’t fit the description perfectly.
About Rork
Our mission is to solve millions of problems people meet every day. This is the first time in history where AI coding enables users to ship apps that solve their own problems. Rork is doing for utilities what YouTube did to TV.
Mobile is uniquely suited for this mission — is the only platform that retains users well and is an incredible piece of hardware capable of everything. However, building apps has historically been very expensive and difficult, leaving countless problems unsolved.
We are a tiny 5 person team that ships fast. The founders (Daniel & Levan) are both generalists, technical, and full-stack.
Applying
To apply, please email your GitHub profile and/or CV along with a brief note about a project you're proud of to team@rork.com.
The interview process has three stages:
The first is a vibe call where we'll discuss your past projects and talk about coding.
The second interview is more technical and longer — it may include live coding.
The third stage is a paid work trial, which we prefer to make in-person — we'll cover all travel costs or fly to you if possible. It takes 2 weeks, but we can make faster decisions if we determine it's not the right fit. If this is not possible, we’ll do an online trial period.
