About the Role
As a New Development Marketing Coordinator, you will oversee the strategic, day-to-day marketing needs of our new development team and play a vital role in crafting and implementing effective marketing strategies for our real estate projects.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related tasks within SERHANT. New Development, fostering cohesive teamwork.
- Plan and manage marketing requests from New Development agents and staff by identifying, coordinating and assembling requirements, developing assignments and timelines, establishing contacts and coordinating follow-ups.
- Support marketing efforts for projects, including creating weekly e-blasts, coordinating signage requests, reviewing marketing collateral, ensuring deadlines are made, etc.
- Support the Director of Marketing Operations in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling project forecasts, updating calendars and organizing and planning promotional presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with multiple agents, understanding their business needs and leveraging our marketing tools and resources to support them.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to develop and maintain compelling marketing materials.
- Contributing to team efforts by taking ownership of tasks and ensuring all project deadlines are met.
- Partner with office staff to enhance the agent experience and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1 - 3 years of marketing and/or customer service experience
- Real estate industry and/or luxury brand experience, a plus
- Strong project/client management skills (managing timelines, prioritization of tasks, quality control)
- Exceptional organization and time management skills; ability to juggle multiple competing priorities
- Proven ability to gain trust and respect by consistently demonstrating sound critical-thinking skills and maintaining composure in stressful situations
- Exceptional initiative and follow-through skills; operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline
- Experience working with design professionals
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel
- Experience with Project Management tools (i.e., Monday, ClickUp, or Airtable)
