Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond) and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry.

Reporting to our Director of Revenue Operations, you will be a critical driver of our revenue strategy and execution. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to provide structure, repeatability, and predictability to our entire go-to-market motion.

Who are you?

We’re looking for a proactive Revenue Operations Manager who is eager to immerse themselves in the operational details and tackle challenges head-on, embodying a strong commitment to driving results through active engagement and problem-solving. This is a role for an organized do-er who knows how to distill order from chaos and translate technical concepts into easy-to-understand processes for non-technical folks.

On a regular basis you will

  • Build comprehensive dashboards, analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights, and provide actionable recommendations that grow the business

  • Establish and manage scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management within Hubspot

  • Identify opportunities for process automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload for the marketing and sales teams

  • Develop and maintain resources that empower teams to independently access and utilize relevant data and tools

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for revenue operations. Analyze and report on performance metrics to drive continuous improvement

  • Train marketing and sales users how to take advantage of the solution’s you’ve built with and for them

You’re gonna crush it if

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role

  • You have 3-5 years of experience working in Hubspot, preferably in a startup or agency environment

  • You have strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI

  • You are a systems thinker with experience in successfully implementing GTM tools.

  • You have excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Composed of Marketing, Inside Sales, and Outside Sales teams, we work in direct partnership with our Customer Success and Executive teams to drive awareness and revenue while remaining laser-focused on creating and sustaining exceptional client relationships.
