Steno is growing! We’re looking for a Partnerships Coordinator to join our winning team, which is revolutionizing the court reporting industry every single day. We’re a diverse team from all over the country (and beyond) and we’re crazy about redefining the boundaries of an outdated industry.
Reporting to our Field Marketing Manager you will play a key part in identifying, establishing, and nurturing brand partnerships across regional/national associations, memberships, and other relevant business opportunities. This role will aid in driving our market expansion/enablement efforts, increasing sales bookings and revenue, and creating mutually beneficial collaborations with partners.

We’re looking for a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of sourcing, developing, and maintaining partnerships, negotiating complex agreements, and supporting sales to leverage the partnership to grow brand awareness, accelerate opportunities and expand into new markets.

On a regular basis you will
Perform regular outbound prospecting to target partners and identify opportunities that will support market and revenue growth.
Execute partnership deliverables, including campaign planning, asset creation, and performance tracking.
Develop new processes and guidance to streamline and accelerate partnership management.
Coordinate the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements and related documentation.
Travel to key conferences and partnership meetings including developing agendas and coordinating logistics to ensure successful and effective on-site execution. (25%)
Regularly support other relevant Field Marketing/GTM activities.
You’re gonna crush it if
You have 2-3 years experience in a partnerships or strategic account management role with direct client/partner communication.
You have 2-3 years managing and executing sponsored event logistics and planning.
Ability to manage a diverse partnerships portfolio, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Comfortable reviewing and negotiating contracts to ensure the business gets the most out of its investment(s).
Experience with HubSpot and other CRM/Marketing automation tools.
